By accessing or using Evaluio's player evaluation management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Evaluio provides a digital platform for soccer academies to:

  • Create and manage evaluation campaigns
  • Evaluate players using customizable questions (range and text-based)
  • Track player progress and team metrics
  • Generate and download professional PDF evaluation reports
  • Manage teams, coaches, and player assignments

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

User Roles

  • Admins: Full access to create campaigns, manage users, and download reports
  • Coaches: Can evaluate assigned players and view team progress

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Violate the privacy rights of others
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service without authorization

Data Ownership and Rights

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform, including:

  • Player information and evaluation data
  • Team and coach information
  • Campaign questions and responses

License to Use

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Evaluio platform, including its design, functionality, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Payment and Billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You are responsible for providing valid payment information
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Scheduled maintenance may require temporary service interruptions
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You fail to pay applicable fees
  • Your use of the service poses a security risk
  • We are required to do so by law

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service, but you may request an export of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDP EASY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
